Meet our Pro, Matt Graham

Matt Graham is a local graduate of Great Bridge High School in which he helped guide his team to the only Regional Championship in the high school’s history. He continued on to play at the Division 1 level for Longwood University.  After college, Matt came back to Chesapeake and coached the boys tennis teams at Hickory, Great Bridge, and Grassfield High School. His teams and players have been extremely successful, where they have earned multiple district and regional championships and numerous state tournament berths.

Matt is passionate about the sport of tennis and is eager to share his enthusiasm with his students.

Matt’s Coaching Philosophy

  • Every tennis player is unique! I strive to provide quality differentiated instruction to meet your individual needs and skill set.
  • Tennis is a lifelong sport! It can provide years of health and happiness, both on and off the court, whether you are an advanced player or just getting started.
  • Tennis opens the door for you to build lasting friendships and ways to participate in fun and social events in your community.
